What's Being Proposed — and Why It's Wrong

The city council is considering a proposal to fence off 12,000 sqft of Valley Park to build a dedicated off-leash dog area. The plan would permanently remove picnic space, walking trails, and open green space that residents of all ages currently enjoy.

This proposal was introduced without meaningful community input. Residents were not consulted before the plan moved forward, and a formal decision is expected as soon as [DATE]. We need your voice before it's too late.
